ANONYMOUS/BRANDED SMS RULES:

These rules are in addition to the SneakSMS terms of use, and are also subject to change at any time. By continuing to use SneakSMS in any way, you agree to these terms and any changes that have been made.

You must not impersonate any body of law, for example (but not limited to) any police force or government.

You must not send any message which could be deemed by SneakSMS to be defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic, racially offensive, offensive to any religion, encouraging self harm or harm of others.

You must not commit fraud, or solicit or induce any person or persons to participate in any commercial or non-commercial activities which are in the nature of a financial scam, pyramid scheme, or chain message.

You must not send any message that could cause fear or intimidation to the recipient, or any one that could view the message.

You must not send any messages that appear to come from an already existing company - unless you have expressed permission to do so.

You must not violate the privacy of any person or persons.

You must not transmit content that you do not own, or have the right to distribute.

You must not perform any illegal activities, including (without limitation) promoting or facilitating access to, use of, or sale of dangerous substances or devices.

You must not aid any third party in breaking these rules.

You agree that SneakSMS is not liable for any message sent from its service, and that you accept full responsibility for all messages sent.

SneakSMS will not tolerate any of these rules being broken. Breaking these rules also constitutes a break of our terms of service and your account will be closed.

SneakSMS reserves the right to inform the recipient, and any third parties referred to, of any message who the message was sent by, should any of these terms be broken.
