  • MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
    • SneakSMS.com reserves the right to make changes to the terms
      under which this service is offered.
      It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms. By continuing to use SneakSMS.com, you are agreeing to abide by these terms.

  • ACCOUNTS, PASSWORDS AND SECURITY:
    • You are required to register in order to use SneakSMS.com. The details you enter must be current, correct and complete. During the sign up process, you will be asked to choose a password - it is your responsibility to ensure that this password remains safe. SneakSMS.com will not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of your account resulting from insecure passwords. If you think your account has been breached, inform us immediately. You are responsible for every message sent from your account, so it is imperative that we are told as soon as possible so we can change your password again. You may not use anyone else's account without their permission. We do not guarantee that you will be able to register with our service.

  • LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES:
    • SneakSMS.com may contain to links to third party websites. We are not responsible for any content found on these websites, nor are we responsible for their actions. For example, if you order a product from a website advertised on SneakSMS.com, SneakSMS.com is not to blame if the product is faulty. However, if you think that there is an inappropriate link to a third party website, please inform us so we can act accordingly.

  • PROHIBITED USE:
    • You are not permitted to use SneakSMS.com in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the SneakSMS.com service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any of the resources of SneakSMS.com. You may not attempt to gather information that is not intentionally made available through SneakSMS.com.

  • YOUR INFORMATION AND DATA:
    • By signing up to SneakSMS.com, you agree to be added to our mailing lists. We operate two mailing lists, one for our general newsletter and the other for service issues. You are free to opt out of our newsletter but must remain subscribed to the service issue updates if you wish to keep your account open. SneakSMS.com records and stores all of the information you enter during the registration process, and every message sent. We will not clear any messages from our logs. Our logs will be made available to any law authority that requires them for investigation. Every message sent can be traced back to the sender.

  • USE OF SERVICES:
    • SneakSMS.com does not assume any responsibility for messages sent from its service, other than those sent by SneakSMS.com staff. You are fully responsible for any message sent from your account, and any legal action resulting from your use of the service.

  • PROVISION OF SERVICES:
    • SneakSMS.com reserves the right to terminate your account at any time without providing a reason. If you have not broken our terms and conditions then all remaining credit will be refunded to you. This is most likely to happen if fraud is suspected. Please note that acceptance of your credit purchase does not happen when your account is credited as this is an automated process. We reserve the right to review every purchase made before accepting.
    • SneakSMS.com does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or timely. We will work to restore any services lost due to technical error as soon as possible, but will provide no compensation for the service being unavailable. We may also perform periodical updates of our services which may result in areas of the site being unusable for periods of time.
    • You are not permitted to use our service to upload or distribute any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files or any other similar software or programs.
    • You are not permitted to use SneakSMS.com in connection with pyramid schemes, chain letters, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).
    • You are not permitted to use our service to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others. Any use of racist language, or any language which incites discrimination, hate or violence against a race, religion or nation is strictly forbidden.
    • You must not upload materials that you do not have permission to use, including, but not as a limitation, copyrights or trademarks.
    • SneakSMS.com reserves the right to withdraw any service at any time, without the user being entitled to a refund.
    • Once files have been submitted to SneakSMS.com , they become our property. Although we will not redistribute any file uploaded to our servers (unless it is to a legal authority), we reserve the right to delete any file on our system at any time.
    • Every message sent from SneakSMS.com requires a valid sender ID. Should you not enter a value in the SenderID field, our system will automatically set the ID. The default sender ID will vary according to the delivery path.
    • Messages sent without a message content may not be delivered but are still chargeable. Our service can not be used to send blank messages.

  • PRICING POLICY:
    • SneakSMS.com reserve the right to change our prices at any time. We will refrain from changing the amount of credits required to use any part of our service (unless in exceptional circumstances) but may change the price of our credit bundles. You will not be entitled to purchase credits at a previous price, unless we offer it - for example with a discount period.

  • VALIDITY:
    • All credit purchased will remain valid for 120 days.

  • REFUNDS:
    • You are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, unless your credits have remained entirely unused and were purchased no more than 7 days before your request for a refund, or your sent message has not left our system. All refunds are entirely at the discretion of SneakSMS.com. In the case of apparent non-delivery, if we investigate and find that we are not at fault, you may be liable for any charges incurred by SneakSMS.com . SneakSMS.com will not refund for any messages that are not delivered unless we are at fault. You are not entitled to a refund for sending to an invalid mobile number, for example. Even though your message may not be delivered, SneakSMS.com will still be charged - we therefore will also still charge you. Monetary refunds are only available for payments made by Paypal. Payments made through MobillCash are not refundable under any circumstances, however if we are at fault, we will refund the necessary amount of credits back to your account.

  • COMPATIBILITY:
    • SneakSMS.com is a GSM based service. Networks that are not GSM based will not be able to receive the anonymous messages sent by SneakSMS.com users. It is your responsibility to ensure that the receiving network is compatible. No refunds will be given for incompatibility as this is NOT due to a fault with our service.

  • BREAKING THESE TERMS:
    • SneakSMS.com will take action if any of these terms are broken. This action may include closing your account. It is entirely up to SneakSMS.com what constitutes a breach of these terms. If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of your remaining credit. You will also be liable to pay any fines issued to SneakSMS.com from our service providers which are a result of your actions. SneakSMS.com reserves the right to act at any time should a breach take place - just because we may not act immediately does not mean we will not take action in future.

  • LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:
    • Any advice given by SneakSMS.com is without liability - therefore information given by us should not be relied on for any personal, legal, medical or financial decisions. SneakSMS.com make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, lack of viruses or harmful content or accuracy of the information it provides. SneakSMS.com is not in any way responsible for the loss of any profits, anticipated savings or profits, good will, business opportunities, corruption or loss of data that arise from using its service. SneakSMS.com is not liable for any network not accepting the "spoofed" sender ID or any part of the SMS message, it is up to you to ensure that the recipient network supports this feature (many American networks do not allow this function). All faults must be reported within 28 days for action to be taken. For example, if you believe that there has been a fault when sending a message, if you do not let us know before 28 days from the Date of Sending, we will not be able to investigate any problems - in these circumstances you are not entitled to a refund. You specifically agree that SneakSMS.com is not liable for any message you send using our systems, or any of its content.
